Product Warranty Claim
Thank you for purchasing a Doc Johnson product. The warranty replacement is currently only valid in United States and Canada. To submit your ninety (90) day or one (1) year product warranty claim, simply follow the instructions below. Your original purchase receipt will be required as evidence that the date of your claim falls within the warranty period.
Instructions For Completing Your Product Warranty
- Please read all information about our warranty requirements and coverage before proceeding.
- Please fill out the required online warranty form below.
(You will receive a claim code in your email. Save your claim code for verification) - Please print and complete the required verification claim form by downloading the PDF file.
- Write a $10.00 check or U.S. money order made payable to the Doc Johnson Warranty Dept. to cover shipping and handling.

Common Questions
How long will it take to get a replacement product?
Please allow 2-4 weeks from the time you mail your verification form and shipping payment. It may take longer depending on your claim.
Can I get a product refund from Doc Johnson?
No. We are not a retailer. Doc Johnson does not refund the price of products that were purchased from a retail or online store. Please contact the retail store for their return policy. Doc Johnson only replaces defective products still under warranty.
How do I know the status of my product claim?
Doc Johnson will notify you if there are any issues through email. You can contact us if you would like to ask us any questions.
Why do I have to pay a shipping and handling fee?
Doc Johnson is not responsible for the cost of shipping and handling for a replacement product within the warranty timeline.
All fields are required to process warranty.
