I already own five Doc Johnson toys, wanting to try something wider than the Titanmen Big Boy mid-size in my collection. I did preparation with the two Big Boys (low size and mid size) first and finally started sat on it, already hard.. As soon as I slept on it I loved its penetrating power, and felt totally filled by its shape once inside. Minutes later I tried a second play and was greatly pleased by it feeling. First, good quality construction. I should have included this in all my other reviews, but I have quite a few AB toys from Doc Johnson and all but one were fantastic quality. The Fat Man is really smooth, but that's good for a stretch that doesn't pop the ring, which can be painful. It's more difficult for me to keep it inside than some others, due I suspect to the taper at the base, but when I can swing it it's a great way to spend an afternoon.
