Two ply UR3 material is remarkably realistic in both feel and appearance. Inner ply is fragile and can tear easily but stronger outer skin layer still allows functionality. Best if turned inside-out (using lube on outside) and then sliding back down over erection so right side is out again. This allows quick application and minimal chance of tearing. Because it is so floppy it helps to use a dowel or something similar to provide a structure when turning inside out.

this requires patience and time but the payoff is worth it. Married over 40 years and still active but stepping outside the box sometimes helps. Ordered this and the first few times it was brought out there was some resistance. However, with time and patience on both parts this has extension has provided some memorable experiences. Once I have spent time pleasuring orally a vibrator and the sleeve are requested. It is a true turn on for me watching this pleasure her and her responses to more equipment than she was used to. This keeps me hard but there is really not sensation feedback to just have to keep checking to make sure it where it is supposed to be. Remember, patience and understanding are key and the payoff is worth it. Don't try to downsize it too soon. I am getting ready to order another one and will keep it fully size, no trimming.
